How do I create a new event?
To create a new event, log in as an admin, navigate to the "Events" section, and click
on "Create New Event." Fill in the required details like event name, date, and
submission guidelines. You can then customize the submission forms and review criteria according
to your specific requirements.
What file formats are supported for paper submissions?
Our system supports PDF and DOCX file formats for paper submissions. The maximum file size
allowed is 100MB. Authors can upload multiple supplementary files along with their main
manuscript if needed.
How are reviewers assigned to papers?
There are two ways to assign reviewers: automatic and manual. With automatic assignment, the
system matches papers to reviewers based on expertise and keywords. Alternatively, event
chairs can manually assign specific reviewers to papers. The system also checks for conflicts of
interest during the assignment process.
Is it possible to export all event data?
Yes, administrators can export all event data in various formats including CSV and ZIP
files. This includes submission details, review scores, author information, and scheduling data.
This feature is especially useful for archiving purposes or for transferring data to other
systems.
How secure is the submission and review process?
Our system employs industry-standard security measures. All data is encrypted both in transit
and at rest. We implement strict access controls to ensure that only authorized individuals can
access specific papers and reviews. Additionally, all activities are logged for audit purposes,
enhancing the transparency and integrity of the process.
